MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – After a couple stalled possessions, WVU was able to get on the board with a touchdown late in the first quarter.

The score was thanks to a long drive that involved several Mountaineers getting their hands on the ball. CJ Donaldson was the one to get the ball in the end zone with a two-yard touchdown run.

Prior to the score, Donaldson, Rodney Gallagher and Kole Taylor each were able to extend plays by getting by the first tackler. The touchdown put West Virginia up 7-3 over Texas Tech in the final minute of the first quarter.
