Devonshire (5-foot-11, 182 pounds) also talked to Pitt coaches Pat Narduzzi and Archie Collins and Penn State coaches James Franklin and Terry Smith Tuesday. A four-star recruit out of Aliquippa, Pennsylvania in 2019, Devonshire chose to sign with the Wildcats over offers from Pitt and WVU, among several other power five schools.

Devonshire redshirted at Kentucky in 2019, playing in three games with five tackles and one pass breakup. He played in eight games this season with one tackle and a pass breakup. Devonshire expects to make his decision before the end of the month and with have four years of eligibility remaining.
