WVU OL James Gmiter, Doug Nester Both Out, CB Charles Woods to Play Again

MORGANTOWN, W.Va – While most of West Virginia’s roster for their game today against TCU was already known, there are other additional Mountaineers who will also miss the game.

The offensive line takes a hit, losing both James Gmiter and Doug Nester. They are among WVU’s veterans on the line and their absence could compound the concern for the running with Tony Mathis also unable to play. Freshman sensation CJ Donaldson will start in his place with Justin Johnson Jr. back him him up.

On a positive note, cornerback Charles Woods will play again after returning to action last week. He had to be carted off the field early in the Week 1 Backyard Brawl and then had to undergo surgery on his injured ankle prior to getting back out there last week in the loss to Texas Tech.
