WVU Football Recruiting
2023 Defensive Tackle Cameron Jackson Commits To West Virginia
It was a successful day for the West Virginia football program in the state of South Carolina, in particular at Spartanburg High School.
Earlier tonight, 2023 3-star quarterback Raheim Jeter committed to WVU over other offers from Auburn, Georgia, Missouri, South Carolina, Virginia Tech and Memphis.
Shortly after, Jeter’s teammate, Cameron Jackson announced that he’ll be joining him in Morgantown.
After a great talk with @CoachJaxDL I am extremely excited and thankful to receive an offer from West Virginia University!🔵🟡 #HailWV @SHSVikingFB @SHSVikingsfb pic.twitter.com/xaNj3dX8iE

Jackson (6’4″, 305) is a 2023 3-star defensive tackle that was recruited to West Virginia by defensive line coach Andrew Jackson.
Unlike Jeter, Jackson didn’t have a ton of offers, in fact, the offer from West Virginia was his only offer, which he received when he visited Morgantown on November 20.
