2025 4-Star WR Adds WVU Football to His Massive List of Offers

The WVU football program extends another offer to one of the top rated wide reviewer prospects in the country.
Just a couple days before the Mountaineers take on Pitt in the Backyard Brawl, a chance for West Virginia to showcase the program, four-star recruit Quincy Porter made it known he can add WVU to his list of offers. Porter, a class of 2025 product out of Oradell, New Jersey, thanked WVU wide receives coach Bilal Marshall among others in his post about the offer.

A complete athlete, who also runs track and field at Bergen Catholic High School, is listed at 6-foot-4 and 200 pounds. Porter carries a four-star rating from ESPN, On3, Rivals and 247 Sports. He’s widely regarded as one of the top 10 players in his class in New Jersey and even within the top 120 in the country.
WVU now joins Boston College, Florida State, Georgia, Kentucky, Michigan, Michigan State, Minnesota, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Oregon, Penn State, Pitt, Rutgers, Syracuse, Tennessee, Texas, Texas A&M and Wisconsin who are in the mix for Porter.

Earlier in the same week, Marshall and West Virginia sent an offer to a wide receiver who is already committed to another major program.
