As he contemplates a move south to West Virginia, a four-star Pennsylvania linebacker will spend a weekend with the WVU football program.

Top prospect Zykee Scott announced that he’s scheduled a WVU official visit for early June. He will be in Morgantown from June 5-7.

A product of La Salle College High School in the prestigious Philadelphia Catholic League, Scott is listed at 6-foot-2 and 225 pounds. He’s rated as a top 15 player in the state and top 40 linebacker nationally by most major recruiting outlets.

As a junior in 2025, Scott recorded 58 tackles, nine tackles for a loss and a single forced fumble and fumble recovery. Scott was named a first-team All-Catholic player.

A highly coveted prospect, Scott also has offers from Boston College, Michigan State, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oregon, Pitt, Purdue, Syracuse, Tennessee, Wake Forest and Wisconsin. WVU initially offered Scott in August of 2025.
