BREAKING: Michigan Transfer Chooses WVU

Published

on

Just moments ago, former Michigan defensive lineman Reuben Jones announced he would be joining the WVU football program for the remainder of his eligibility. He will have a single season remaining as a graduate transfer.

Jones is a 6’4”, 250 lbs defensive lineman who appeared in eleven games in his time in Ann Arbor. A three-star prospect, he made seven tackles while a member of the Wolverines and also contributed heavily on special teams.

The WVU football team is in a position where the addition of depth is key. The transfer of Reuben Jones will bring an experienced and versatile player the Mountaineer defensive line and add a Power-5 veteran player to a unit with little experience.
