High School Players Speak Out About Their Experience at WVU Football Camp

On the same weekend the WVU football program welcomed alumni back to Morgantown for a reunion, the current staff also held an elite camp for high school athletes. Many of the players who attended the camp then shared their experience on social media.

Spanning the 2026 all the way to 2028 classes, athletes from all over the region took part in drills and competed against their peers, all while soaking up the opportunity to learn from Power Four coaches.

Below is a list of some of the recruits who took part in the camp and what they had to say about testing their skills on West Virginia’s practice field. One player even stood out so much that he earned an official offer from the WVU staff.
