The 5-foot-11, 200-pound Kedrick Triplett will now test his game in the Big 12 after spending time at Pearl River Community College in Alabama. He picked West Virginia over offers from Arkansas, Charlotte, East Carolina, FAU, Liberty, Marshall, Nevada among many others.
Considered one of the top wide receivers at the junior college level, Triplett caught 25 passes for 399 yards and scored five touchdowns in nine games during his 2025 season.

Last year: Triplett played slot receiver for coach Seth Smith at Pearl River Community College.
Stats: He had 25 receptions for 399 yards and five touchdowns in nine games and also rushed eight times for 55 yards and had two kickoff returns for an average of 23.5 yards per return.
Post camp outlook: Triplett’s overall athletic ability and versatility had him involved in the kickoff and punt returner competitions in the spring.
Projected role: With more veteran talent above him, injuries would likely be required for Triplett to be heavily utilized as part of the actual offense.
Accolades, highlights: Triplett was ranked the No. 21 junior college prospect by On3 Sports.
