As has been the case most of the season, oddsmakers are once again favoring the home team in the Big 12 regardless of national ranking and record.
West Virginia enters their pivotal matchup with Iowa State as a 3.5-point favorite. This is according to sports books like BetMGM and Circa Sports.

WVU is coming off their most impressive performance of the season, beating Oklahoma 93-61 to avenge a loss from earlier in the season. The Mountaineers have won three out of their last four and have a 4-2 record in their last six games to get back firmly in the NCAA Tournament picture.
The Cyclones are ranked number 11 in the country, but have lost two of their last three games. Most recently, Iowa State avoided a three-game losing streak with a big win over number 8 Kansas on Saturday.
Will Bob Huggins’ team be able to add another quality win to its resume tonight? Tip-off between West Virginia and Iowa State is scheduled for 7 pm EST and the game will be broadcast nationally on ESPN2.
