Mountaineers offer speedy Georgia wide receiver

Published

on

Earlier this week, West Virginia sent out an offer to class of 2020 wide receiver Sam Brown (6’3″ 185 lbs) of New Hempstead HS in Savannah, GA.

He also holds offers from Colorado, Kentucky, Oregon, Maryland, Michigan, Syracuse, Tennessee, UCF and a few others. Brown informed me that, “Oregon, UCF, Kentucky, Michigan and West Virginia” are schools that are sticking out to him at the moment.

Brown was thankful for the Mountaineers’ offer, “I was excited because my dawg Coach Trickett gave me the news me and him have been clicking since he came down with Georgia State in January. Also, West Virginia is in a passing league and they let the ball go. They have been convincing me saying how it’s possible to have Sam (James) Winston (Wright) and myself all on the field at the same time that’s 912 (southeast Georgia) made.”

Redshirt freshman wide receiver Sam James and incoming freshman receiver Winston Wright Jr. have been doing their best to recruit Brown to Morgantown. Only time will tell.

Stay tuned to DubVNation for the latest on Brown’s recruitment.
