West Virginia Offers 2021 Georgia Quarterback

Yesterday West Virginia extended an offer to 2021 quarterback from Hebron Christian Academy, Colten Gauthier. Gauthier currently holds offers from Duke, Virginia Tech, Boston College, Syracuse, Central Florida, South Florida, and Troy.

Gauthier plans on coming to campus sometime this summer for a camp. His lead recruiter is quarterbacks coach Sean Reagan. When asked about coach Reagan, Gauthier implies “he’s a great coach with a lot of experience”.

Overall Gauthier wants a school where he has a great relationship with both the head coach and offensive coordinator. Gauthier says “West Virginia has always had a great tradition of football and slinging the ball around”. He also noted how fun former Mountaineer quarterback Will Grier was to watch.
