Toussaint entered the transfer portal on Friday, leaving WVU after one year. Toussaint has heard from over 14 schools so far.
Toussaint (6-foot) transferred from Iowa after three years under Fran McCaffrey and inserted himself in a six-man role for Bob Huggins. Toussaint averaged 9.4 points, 2.8 rebounds and 2.6 assists in all 34 games for the Mountaineers. Toussaint had memorable performances against Pitt, Iowa State and Texas Tech this past season.
Toussaint has one year of eligibility remaining.
The trio of Mountaineer transfers Toussaint, Kerr Kriisa and Tre Mitchell all have expressed interest in returning to West Virginia with the hiring of interim head coach Josh Eilert. All three are also considering the new schools that are in contact with them. Mitchell visited Kentucky this weekend while Toussaint is taking his Manhattan and Lubbock trips.
