Tyler Jacklich Joins Loaded Running Back Room | WVU Football All 105
All 105 is a West Virginia Sports Now series profiling each member of the 2025 WVU Football Roster.
Tyler Jacklich committed to WVU Football in mid-August after an academic issue forced them to remove running back Jaylan Knighton from the roster.
A 6-foot-2, 223-pound running back from California, Jacklich committed to Wyoming after leading the Golden State with an otherworldly 2,278 rushing yards and 32 touchdowns in his senior year of high school. He didnโt record any statistics at Wyoming during a redshirt year, then transferred back to his home state at Merced College, taking the JUCO route.
Jacklich racked up more than 900 offensive yards and 11 touchdowns as Mercedโs lead back in 2024, helping to catch the Mountaineersโ eye. Now heโll provide depth at running back.
