West Virginia A Finalist For 4-Star TE Mason Taylor; Decision Tonight

One of the fastest rising recruits in the country will be making his college decision today and West Virginia is a finalist.

After spending the last couple of months getting heavily recruited and visiting some of the top programs in the country, 4-star tight end Mason Taylor (Fort Lauderdale, Florida) is scheduled to announce his college decision Thursday evening at 5 PM.

Taylor (6’5″, 230) has seen his recruiting skyrocket over the last few months as he’s picked up offers from Alabama, Arizona, Auburn, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, LSU, Pitt, Miami, Syracuse, Texas A&M, West Virginia, Memphis and Florida International.

West Virginia Sports Now has been told that Taylor’s finalists are: Pitt, LSU, Florida, Alabama, West Virginia, Texas A&M.

Mason is the son of NFL Hall of Fame defensive end Jason Taylor, who collected 139.5 career sacks, which is seventh-most in NFL history.
