The 2019 football season is just about a month away and here in a few weeks, the preseason AP Top 25 poll will be released.

Currently, West Virginia is tied with Michigan for tenth in active streak of weeks ranked at 16 weeks. When you look at the rest of the list below, it shows that they are in some pretty elite company. An interesting note, West Virginia and Oklahoma are the only two Big 12 schools in the top ten of this list. Texas sits just outside, tied for twelfth.

Do you think the Mountaineers will show up in the preseason poll to keep that streak alive?
