West Virginia Football to Wear White Jerseys on Road Against Cyclones
The video opens with a typical scene in West Virginia this time of the year with leaves falling. This is how the Mountaineers announced their uniform combination for this Saturday’s game.
It will be blue on white on gold for WVU in Ames, Iowa when they take on Iowa State. The major change of this uniform compared to how the team has looked in recent weeks is the white jersey with blue lettering.

On top of the jersey will be a blue helmet with the WV logo in Mountaineer gold. On the bottom, will be gold pants with a little blue WV logo and Nike symbol.
But regardless to what the team wears, the most important thing for any fan is how the team plays. The 3-5 Mountaineers are in desperate need of a win when they meet the 3-5 Cyclones. Kickoff is set for 3:30 EST and the game will air on ESPN+.
