WVU Basketball Offers 2028 Forward Jaylen Allen
WVU Basketball is starting to target 2028 recruits as they offered forward Jaylen Allen on Monday morning. Allen is a 6-foot-8 prospect from Baltimore, Md. Allen, a rising freshman, will begin his high school career at Saint Frances Academy.
Allen recently picked up an offer from Maryland.

Most recently, WVU offered 2026 five-star guard Deron Rippey Jr. Rippey (6-foot-1) has picked up offers from Binghamton, Fordham, George Washington, Georgia Tech, Hofstra, Illinois, Long Island, Louisville, Oklahoma State, Old Dominion, St. John’s, Syracuse, TCU, Texas A&M, Villanova, Wake Forest, Washington, West Virginia and others. Rippey is a top 25 prospect, according to 247 Sports.
