Vaughn, a redshirt sophomore, began his college career as a quarterback before switching to receiver at the end of the 2023 season. He had not recorded a single catch prior to his breakout 2024 campaign.
He joins an offense that will return receiver Rodney Gallagher, running back Jahiem White and quarterback Nicco Marchiol.
WVU’s offensive transfer class now includes Vaughn, West Virginia native receiver Cyrus Traugh (Youngstown State), running back LJ Turner (Catawba Community College) and quarterback Jaylen Henderson (Texas A&M).
