With the Big 12 canceling all Spring athletics due to the outbreak of the coronavirus, the West Virginia University athletics department has announced that it will offer full refunds on all impacted tickets purchased through eh Mountaineer ticket office.

In a release, the athletics department announced that any purchases made via credit card will be refunded automatically otherwise a refund request will need to be made.

The sport most affected by the cancelations is WVU’s baseball program. West Virginia was scheduled to host 22 more home games at Monongalia County Ballpark this season, including six three-game weekend series.

WVU was also scheduled to host the Big 12 gymnastics championships on March 21 in the WVU Coliseum.
