4-Star DT Calls WVU Offer a “Big Deal”
Gulliver Prep (Fla.) four-star defensive tackle Westley Neal already has a formidable list of offers, but his recent West Virginia offer has definitely gained his attention.
“I’m excited I got the offer. It was a big deal for me,” Neal said of the Mountaineers.
The 5-foot-11, 311-pound Neal currently holds offers from Florida State, Michigan, Louisville and many others, but says he plans on visiting Morgantown in the future.
Neal doesn’t have any leaders at this time and does not have a timeline for when he would like to commit to a school, but added “family and brotherhood and where he’ll feel safe” are important factors in his recruitment.
As for now, the Miami product is focused on winning a state championship during his senior season.
