Dev and Dax Shine for Kings in Summer League

Published

on

Shortly after Jevon Carter wrapped up his first NBA contest as a Grizzly, former Mountaineers Devin Williams and Daxter Miles Jr. suited up for the Sacramento Kings on their home court against the Lakers to open Summer League play.

Williams is no stranger to the professional ranks after spending the past season in the NBA’s G-League with the Greensboro Swarm and Maine Red Claws. Williams tallied 5 points, 5 rebounds and an assist as the Kings topped the Lakers 98-93.

Miles Jr. after being asked to not shoot the long ball as much in college, let it rip and buried a handful of transition triples in his debut.

The Kings take on the Warriors tonight at 11:00 PM EST.
