It may not have been as impressive of a performance as some of Geno Smith’s other games this season, but it was enough to win.

Smith and the Seahawks beat their NFC West division rival Arizona Cardinals 19-9 on Sunday. The former West Virginia quarterback completed 20 out of 31 passes for 197 yards. He also had to endure being sacked 5 times.

It remains to be seen how this game impacts Smith’s standing as the leader in multiple passer categories. He entered the week leading in completing percentage and quarterback rating. Smith posted a 82.3 rating against the Cardinals, which is significantly lower than the mark he’s recorded in most games this season.
