Oklahoma Transfer DB Maliek Hawkins Follows Brother to WVU
Part of a package deal with his quarterback brother, Maliek Hawkins committed to join the WVU football program on Monday.
Hawkins, 6-foot, 189-pounds, spent one season with Oklahoma. He appeared in just one game.
Prior to his college career, Hawkins was rated as a four-star prospect by multipole national recruiting services. His commitment comes in conjunction with his brother, Michael, also locking in with the Mountaineers on Monday after an official visit over the weekend.
Maliek Hawkins will bring all four years of eligibility with him to West Virginia.
