QB Trey Lowe III Signs LOI

Bolivar, Tennessee quarterback Trey Lowe has signed with West Virginia.

Lowe was the only quarterback taken in the 2018 class and will likely redshirt now that Will Grier has announced he will return to Morgantown for his senior season. Lowe was considered one of the best signal callers in the state of Tennessee but spurred hometown Memphis to become a Mountaineer. Lowe has the opportunity to break the “Holgorsen can’t develop high schools QB’s curse”. By the time he gets a chance to call the shots he will have been in the system for a couple years, this is a perfect set up for Lowe to succeed.

Lowe chose West Virginia over offers from Memphis, North Carolina, Army, and many others.
