Tempers Flare Early On Between West Virginia and Pitt
MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – In the early minutes of the annual Backyard Brawl, tempers flared between both teams.
WVU F Gabe Osabuohien and Pitt G Femi Odukale had some words, causing the remaining eight players on the court to separate the two. A few minutes later, the two went at it again.
Since the two incidents, nothing has been thrown other than words, but there’s still a lot of basketball to be played tonight, and tensions are high.
Osabuohien and Odukale are both participating in their Backyard Brawl debuts.
Things are getting chippy in Morgantown.
