Watch: WVU Basketball Gets Going with Coast-To-Coast Plays Vs. UMass
MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — A pair of coast-to-coast plays in the first half of Friday’s game against UMass exemplified how WVU basketball wants to play in transition under new coach Darian DeVries.
First, a block by Toby Okani turned into a three-on-two fastbreak where Tucker DeVries found Javon Small for a tough layup. Later, Sencire Harris did it all himself, poking the ball away from a UMass player and going the length of the court to finish at the rim.
