WVU Football Recruiting
West Virginia Lands 2023 3-Star Dual-Threat QB Sean Boyle

Currently the lone quarterback in the 2023 class for West Virginia, three-star Sean Boyle (6-foot-2, 180-pounds) has signed his national letter of intent to play for West Virginia.
Boyle is a relatively recent commit, he committed to West Virginia back on October 25, 2022, and is the only 2023 WVU commit to not be rated by ESPN. He is a three-star recruit on all other outlets though, and is ranked around the same spot for players in North Carolina. He slots in at No. 25 (On3), No. 30 (247Sports) and No. 28 (Rivals).

Rivals doesn’t rank him among quarterbacks, but both On3 (No. 39) and 247Sports (No. 57) do. He comes from Charlotte Catholic High Shool in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Boyle talked with WVSN throughout his recruitment process and was always locked in with the Mountaineers after committing.
