**West Virginia hosted a Top 100 recruit for their Junior Day in 2023 4-star defensive end Dylan Gooden (6’6″, 205) from Our Lady Good Counsel High School in Olney, Maryland. Gooden is rated by 247 Sports as the No. 98 overall player in the Class of 2023 with offers from Arizona, Boston College, Cincinnati, Kentucky, Louisville, Maryland, Miami, Michigan State, Notre Dame, Ole Miss, Penn State, Pitt, Tennessee and Texas A&M.

**On Sunday, West Virginia hosted one of their top 2023 targets in cornerback Antonio Cotman Jr., from Life Christian Academy in Colonial Heights, Virginia. Cotman (6’1″, 185) holds offers from West Virginia, Boston College, Maryland, Penn State, Virginia Tech and Purdue.

**West Virginia received a visit for their Junior Day from cornerback Shelton Lewis (5’11”, 170) from Stockbridge, Georgia. Lewis holds offers from Pitt, Georgia Tech and Indiana.

**While attending WVU’s Junior Day, 2023 3-star offensive lineman Cole Surber received an offer from Neal Brown and the Mountaineers. Surber (6’6″, 275) is from Patriot High School in Nokesville, Virginia. Surber also holds offers from Duke, Kentucky, Maryland, Pitt, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia.
