**West Virginia has extended an offer to Jahlil Hurley, one of the top cornerbacks in the Class of 2023. The 4-star recruit from Florence, Alabama, holds offers from Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, LSU, Miami, Michigan, Michigan State, Mississippi State, Penn State, Tennessee and South Carolina. 247 Sports ranks Hurley as the No. 24 ranked overall recruit in the Class of 2023.
