**The West Virginia staff extends an offer this morning to 2024 wide receiver Zion Ragins from Jones County High School in Gray, Georgia. Ragins (5’10”, 150) already holds offers from Florida, Georgia, Minnesota, Ole Miss, Virginia, Central Florida and South Carolina.
