**West Virginia received a huge unofficial visit today from 2023 4-star OL Joshua Padilla from Wayne High School in Dayton, Ohio. Padilla is ranked as one of the Top 120 overall players in the Class Of 2023 with offers from Arizona State, Cincinnati, Miami, Michigan State, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Oregon, Penn State, Pitt, Tennessee and West Virginia.

**2023 wide receiver Yazeed Haynes from Neumann-Goretti High School in Philadelphia received an offer tonight from West Virginia. This was the first D-1 offer for Haynes. This is the 5th player from Philadelphia that West Virginia has offered today.

**2023 athlete Jameial Lyons (6’5″, 245) received an offer today from West Virginia. Lyons is from Roman Catholic High School in Philadelphia and he also holds offers from Maryland and UMass.

**West Virginia freshman safety Ronnell Davis received his first D-1 offer today and it came from West Virginia. Davis (6’2″, 175) is from Roman Catholic High School in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Davis received the offer from Co-Offensive Coordinator Chad Scott.
Update (11:26 AM)-
**Thursday night, West Virginia extends an offer to 2022 3-star defensive end Jacarius Clayton from Tupelo, Mississippi. This offer comes hours after Clayton de-commits from Mississippi State. Clayton currently holds offers from West Virginia, Memphis, Arizona State, Arkansas, Ole Miss and Oregon.

Collins (6’3″, 185) is ranked as one of the Top 20 prospects in Pennsylvania for the Class of 2022. Collins holds offers from Boston College, Cincinnati, UConn, Kansas, UMass, Ole Miss, Oregon, Pitt, Penn State and West Virginia.
