UPDATE (9:39 AM)-
**Last night, West Virginia extended an offer to Maryland 2023 wide receiver Spencer Jones from Good Counsel High School. Jones (6’3″, 190) received the offer from Gerad Parker and also holds an offer from Virginia Tech, which he received last week.
