The West Virginia Sports Now Recruiting Notebook will keep you updated on all the recruiting news going on with the West Virginia football and basketball teams  

 

Update (11:15 AM)-
**2022 tight end Jack Nickel’s recruitment is wide open again after recently de-committing from Notre Dame. West Virginia is trying to get involved as they become the latest program to extend him an offer. Nickel (6’4″, 230) is from Milton High School in Milton, Georgia. Along with West Virginia, Nickel currently holds offers from Boston College, California, Colorado, Florida State, Georgia Tech, Iowa, Kentucky, LSU, Louisville, Maryland, Miami, Michigan State, Nebraska, Northwestern, Oregon, Penn State, South Carolina, Vanderbilt, Virginia Tech and Wisconsin.

Update (11:00 AM)-
**West Virginia extends an offer to 2023 4-star wide receiver Braylon James (6’3″, 175) from Del Valle, Texas. James is ranked by 247 Sports as one of the Top 200 overall players and Top 20 wide receivers in the Class of 2023. James holds over 25+ offers including from schools like Arizona State, Arkansas, Baylor, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, LSU, Miami, Ohio State, Notre Dame, Oregon, Penn State, Pitt, Tennessee and Texas A&M.

Update (10:40 AM)-
**Freshman defensive back Kenny Woseley Jr. (5’11”, 155) from Imhotep Charter School in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania earns an offer from West Virginia. Woseley also holds early offers at this time from both Boston College and Pitt.

Update (10:25 AM)- 

**Nathan Robinson is a 2023 defensive end from Greenbrier High School in Greenbrier, Tennessee. Currently, Robinson holds offers from Tennessee, Akron and Eastern Kentucky.

UPDATE (10:20 AM)-
**The latest offer from the Mountaineers staff goes to 2023 offensive tackle Nolan McConnell from Colonial Forge High School in Stafford, Virginia. McConnell (6’6″, 265) also has been offered by Arkansas, Boston College, Florida State, Michigan State, Nebraska, Penn State, Pitt, Syracuse, Virginia and Liberty.

UPDATE (10:05 AM)-
**2023 4-star athlete Nyckoles Harbor from Archbishop Carroll High School in Washington DC picks up an offer from West Virginia. Harbor (6’4″, 220) is rated as one of the Top 200 players in the Class of 2023 and currently holds offers from Arizona State, Boston College, Florida, Florida State, Maryland, Michigan State, NC State, Ole Miss, Oregon, Penn State, Purdue, South Carolina, Texas, Tennessee and Texas A&M.
