College football analyst Steven Lassan reported on the returning starters for the Big 12. West Virginia is tied for ninth in the conference with Oklahoma in returning starters with nine. The only school that’s worse is Iowa State.
WVU returns nine starters, six on offense and three on defense.

**West Virginia baseball (33-20, 14-10) will enter the Big12 tournament as the No. 6 seed and will play No. 3 Oklahoma (33-20, 15-9) on Wednesday, May 25, at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas. First pitch is set for 8:30 p.m. ET. The winner will go on to face the winner of No. 2 Texas Tech (36-18, 15-9) and No. 7 Kansas State (27-27, 8-8) while the losers will also face each other in the double-elimination tournament. All games are broadcasted on ESPN+.
