WVU Basketball Conducts Virtual Call with Efficient Shooter in Portal

Despite some recent success in the portal, the WVU basketball staff is still busy trying to add more pieces. They are also taking advantage of every tool at their disposal in recruiting players.
Recently, West Virginia spoke with Oregon State transfer Parsa Fallah via Zoom, per a report from Dushawn London of 247 Sports. WVU was actually one of three notable programs to connect virtually with Fallah, with fellow Big 12 program Oklahoma State and even Seton Hall also conducting Zooms with the 6-foot-9, 200-pound power forward.
Oregon State transfer Parsa Fallah has had zooms with West Virginia, Seton Hall and Oklahoma State.
He has also heard from Mississippi State, TCU, Utah State, South Florida, Xavier, Missouri, Dayton, USC and LSU.

A native of Amol, Iran, spent the 2024-25 season with the Beavers after two years with Southern Utah. Fallah maintain a similar scoring averaging following his transfer. He averaged 13.2 points per game in his last season with Southern Utah and then 12.8 with Oregon State this past season.
Perhaps the most impressive statistic for Fallah, he shot 59.8% from the field last season and 57% the year before, showing his constancy as an efficient shooter.
He has even performed well on the international stage, having scored 20+ points in two games while playing on the Iran national team in the 2021 FIBA U19 World Cup.
Fallah has also heard from Dayton, LSU, Mississippi State, Missouri, TCU, USC, USF, Utah State and Xavier since entering the transfer portal.
