WVU Basketball in Play for 2027 4-Star Point Guard
WVU basketball is in the top six for Javion Tyndale, a 2027 four-star guard out of Canada, per Joe Tipton in a post to X Monday.
Tyndale is a top-60 recruit out of Montverde Academy. He is the No. 55 ranked 2027 recruit according to 247 Sports and the No. 13 point guard.
Earlier this year, Tyndale led Canada to its first gold medal finish at the FIBA U18 AmeriCup with 12.6 points, 3.2 rebounds and a tournament-high six points per game.
WVU is up against UNLV, Seton Hall, Loyola Chicago, Providence and St. Bonaventure for Tyndale.
