WVU Commit Nicco Marchiol Throws for Five Touchdowns Again
It’s Halloween season, but the only thing spooky about 2022 four-star quarterback Nicco Marchiol’s game for West Virginia fans is that he’s playing in Arizona and not Morgantown.
Marchiol once again put on a show for Hamilton High School in Chandler, Arizona Friday night, carving up a good Highland High School team to the tune of 271 yards and five touchdowns on 81 percent completion in a 32-12 victory.

Marchiol spread the wealth against Highland, connecting with four different receivers on his five touchdown passes. He flashed his electric arm talent with the left hand and fueled Hamilton’s eighth win of the season with yet another efficient outing.
Through eight games this season, Marchiol has established himself as a legitimate National Player of the Year candidate.
Marchiol has completed 140-of-191 passing attempts for 1,914 yards and 29 touchdowns. He’s completed 73 percent of his throws at 13.7 yards per attempt with just one turnover. He’s also rushed for 247 yards and four touchdowns on 54 carries this season.
Hamilton's (AZ) @MarchiolNicco is THAT DUDE.
The 2022 West Virginia commit has racked up nearly 2,000 yards of total offense and 28 TDs this year. #HailWV

Hamilton raced out to an 8-0 record and No. 15 national ranking, according to MaxPreps, and the Huskies have two games remaining this season — including a matchup against cross-town rival Chandler High School in a battle of the top two teams in Arizona.
