WVU Depth Chart: Iowa State
Morgantown, WV – West Virginia released the depth chart for the upcoming game against Iowa State this Saturday. Starting receiver Sean Ryan is out due after having surgery Tuesday morning due to an undisclosed upper-body injury and that gives redshirt freshman Bryce Wheaton and freshman Ali Jennings an opportunity to step up and make some plays.
Reese Donahue gets the starting nod over of Dante Stills at defensive tackle. Also on the defensive side of the ball, freshman Tykee Smith will start at the spear for the second consecutive game after the departure of JoVanni Stewart and Noah Guzman is now behind Sean Mahone at cat-safety. Of course, with another day of practice, the final depth chart won’t be made till later in the week.
