WVU Football Looking at Popular 2027 Florida LB
Looking to the future, the WVU football staff sent a recent offer to a 2027 linebacker. Florida product Noah Renes announce his West Virginia offer on Sept. 5.
“Blessed to receive an offer from West Virginia!!,” said Renes before tagging WVU coaches and staff members in his post.

Standing 6-foot-2 and listed at about 230 pounds, Renes attends Niceville High School in Melbourne, Fla.
And while he’s still early in his recruitment and hoping to add more Power Four programs to the mix, Renes is already building an impressive offer list. So far, Renes has major offers from Illinois, Indiana, Oklahoma and Syracuse. He also has an opportunity with Appalachian State, FIU, Jacksonville State, Liberty, Marshall, Troy and current 2025 Cinderella story USF.
Renes even took a trip to Oklahoma for a game early in the season.
