For some notable movement towards future recruiting, the WVU football staff sent an offer to a quarterback drawing interest from several other Power Four schools.

Jamison Roberts, a member of the 2027 class from Alabama, revealed his West Virginia offer on social media earlier in the week.

Listed at 6-foot03 and 195 pounds, Roberts hails from Mobile, Ala. and plays at Saraland High School. He’s considered a dual-threat athlete who has over 15 Division I offers already on the table.

Roberts’ monster season in 2025 is why so many notable schools are showing him love. He threw for 3,439 yards, ran for 694 more while throwing for 37 touchdowns and running for 21 scores. Roberts also completed 74% of his passes and only threw five interceptions.
