In constant need of more help for the secondary, the WVU football program is looking at a prospect from a powerhouse high school. West Virginia sent an offer to 2026 cornerback Simaj Hill on Wednesday.

Hill, who currently attends the prestigious St. Joe’s Prep in Philadelphia, Pa., is listed at 6-foot-1 and 180 pounds. He posted about WVU being his most recent offer on social media.

Already committed to JMU, Hill has also received an offer from Wake Forest since locking in with the Dukes on April 15. He even still has an offer on the table from Syracuse. Hill visited Syracuse in March to experience a spring practice.

The embedded video shows highlights from Hills’ 2024 season. Hill is already a two-time Pennsylvania 6A state champion.
