Following offering a couple of JUCO players, West Virginia adds another one to the list, offering 2022 G KT Raimey on Sunday.

“It was a blessing, honestly. It felt like an honor just to have them recruiting me and I can’t wait for my visit this weekend,” Raimey told WV Sports Now.

Raimey announced the offer on his Twitter.

Raimey, an Olathe, Kansas native, currently is preparing to beginning a season of junior college play at the College of Southern Idaho.

Last season, Raimey played in 24 games for the Golden Eagles. The 6-foot-4 guard averaged 11.6 points, 2.4 rebounds and 1.7 assists. Raimey shot 47 percent from the field, while shooting 35 percent from beyond the arc.

Raimey has offers from DePaul, Texas A&M, Texas Tech and Tulsa. Raimey now has an offer from West Virginia to add to his list.

WVU assistant Erik Martin was the head recruiter for Raimey.

Recently, WVU has offered JUCO players G Deshawndre Washington and F Nick Pringle. The West Virginia coaching staff continues to add JUCO offers to the table for the class of 2022.
