WVU Offers 2022 JUCO Prospect Deshawndre Washington

On Thursday afternoon, the West Virginia men’s basketball program offered 2022 JUCO Deshawndre Washington.

Washington is a 6-foot-7 guard out of Chicago, Illinois. Washington attended Robert Morris his freshman season but only appeared in one game before going back home to deal with personal conflicts.

Washington played at South Suburban College in the 2020-21 season. The junior college product appeared in 26 games, averaging 27.0 points, 13.5 rebounds and 4.1 assists. Washington shot 45 percent from the field.
