Recently offered 2023 guard Bryce Lindsay has announced on social media that he will visit West Virginia next weekend, Oct. 13-14. Lindsay is a 3-star out of Baltimore and currently attends IMG Academy in Florida.

WVU’s coaching staff has been in contact with Lindsay (6-foot-3, 170 pounds) since he de-committed from South Carolina back in March. Lindsay reopened his recruitment after head coach Frank Martin was let go. West Virginia was one of the schools to visit Lindsay in September and offered him on Sept. 29.

Lindsay has received offers from Austin Peay, Bryant, DePaul, George Mason, Georgetown, Howard, Iona, LaSalle, Marquette, Massachusetts, Mississippi State, Mount St. Mary’s, Oklahoma State, Saint Louis, Texas A&M, VCU, Virginia Tech, Xavier and others.

Lindsay averaged 19.6 points, 3.0 rebounds and 3.0 assists for St. Frances Academy last season.

West Virginia currently doesn’t have a commitment for the class of 2023. Over the last few weeks, the staff has hosted talented players from the 2024 and 2025 classes.
