A three-star WVU football in-state recruit is deciding if he should stay home and become a Mountaineer or spread his wings elsewhere.

On Monday night, Zah Jackson included West Virginia as one of his current top four schools. In addition to WVU, Jackson is considering Liberty, Mississippi State and North Carolina State.

Jackson (5-foot-10, 185 pounds), who received an offer from the West Virginia staff in July, plays both running back and cornerback at Huntington High School in Huntington, W.Va. He’s a three-time first-team All-State player and also runs track.

Offensively, Jackson ran for 840 yards on 121 rushing attempts, scored 12 touchdowns, made 18 catches for 264 yards. On the defensive side of the ball, he totaled 33 tackles, deflected six passes and recovered a fumble.

Jackson still has plenty of time to make his decision and did state that his recruitment is 100% open in his post about his top four.
