WVU Football Books 2025 3-Star OL for Official Visit
High school recruiting is in a bit of a dead period, but prospects are now starting to announce official visits. Class of 2025 offensive lineman Gavin Crawford revealed he’s all booked for an official visit to check out the WVU football program on Tuesday.
Crawford (6-foot-3, 310 pounds) attends Good Counsel High School in Olney, Md., the same school as top 2024 signee Kyle Altuner. Both of Altuner’s parents even congratulated Crawford about locking in his upcoming visit with West Virginia.

Crawford has already earned a three-star rating from several national recruiting outlets. Both Rivals and 247 Sports have Crawford as one of the top 20 players in Maryland.
The Mountaineers will have serious competition for Crawford. He already owns offers from 15 programs, including big brands like Boston College, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Michigan State and Syracuse among others.
Crawford was on campus in January.
