2025 F EJ Walker Looking Forward to Second Visit to WVU

WVU recruit EJ Walker

2025 forward EJ Walker is looking forward to his second visit to West Virginia this weekend. Walker confirmed with WV Sports Now that he’s still scheduled to visit WVU.

Walker’s first visit was in September during the Towson football game. WVU head coach Bob Huggins was honored during the game for his Basketball Hall of Fame enshrinement.

This weekend, Walker will get to see Morgantown and WVU’s campus again, while being in attendance for the Texas game on Saturday.

“I am looking forward to getting back to Morgantown and seeing the Coliseum filled with fans, he said. “I hope to see the energy I saw from the football game I attended when Huggs got recognized for his Hall of Fame induction packed in there. I do want to tour the campus and get a feel for that.”

Walker was offered by WVU’s staff during his first visit. WVU assistant Josh Eilert is leading Walker’s recruitment and has made a few trips to Lloyd Memorial High School in Erlanger, Ky.

“Coach Eilert has been great checking in on me about school and the season. He actually just got to come to check out one of my high school games live last week. It’s great to have the extra support,” Walker said. “I look forward to chopping it up with my family and the rest of the staff on this visit too, my little brother actually gets to come along this time.”
