2027 DL Dajour Webb Reaffirms Commitment to WVU Football After OV
Having already committed months prior, 2027 defensive lineman Dajour Webb locked in with WVU football even more after his official visit.
Webb, listed at 6-foot-4 and 330 pounds, reaffirmed his commitment to West Virginia after experiencing a full weekend in Morgantown. He even posted a video with highlights from his trips and what WVU’s all about on social media. “Thank you Morgantown for a great weekend,” said Webb on his post.
Webb initially committed to the Mountaineer on March 7, granted wanted to keep his option open before his official visit. Then, despite other recent offers from Power Four schools, he decided to publicize his commitment to West Virginia again.
A first-team All-Conference prospect, Webb has experienced two of top states for high school football in the country – Pennsylvania and Florida. He stated off his high school career at Pine Richland High School, winning a WPIAL championship, before moving to the Orlando, Fla. area to play at Jones High School.
Rated as a three-star, Webb is rated as a 90 player in his class in the talent-rich Florida and a top 100 defensive lineman nationally, per 247 Sports.
Akron, Colorado, Florida State, FIU, Maryland, Memphis, JMU and Kent State were some of the other programs to offer Webb.
