Former Mountaineer Jonathan Holton is Joining Best Virginia for This Year’s TBT
Best Virginia has added former WVU Mountaineer to its roster for the upcoming 2021 TBT, the team announced on Twitter Tuesday.

After beginning his college career at Rhode Island, Holton played two seasons at WVU from 2014-2016, averaging 8.2 points in 66 games with 55 starts. At 6-foot-7, Holton adds some much-needed size to the Best Virginia lineup.
Following his college career, Holton has been playing professionally overseas, most recently in Mexico, Russia and Latvia.
Also on the Best Virginia roster for the 2021 TBT are former Mountaineers Sagaba Konate, Teyvon Myers, John Flowers, Kevin Jones, Tarik Phillip, Juwan Staten and Nathan Adrian. The team will be coached by WVU Tech head coach James Long and assistants Dave Tallman and DaâSean Butler.
Best Virginia will play in the TBT West Virginia Regional on July 17-21 this summer at the Charleston Coliseum. Also competing in the regional will be the Marshall Alumni team Herd That. Tickets for the event are on sale now.
